For the safety of our attendees, the organizers will require all attendees to provide proof of full vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within 48 hours prior to participation in the Forum.
At registration, attendees will be requested to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result. Acceptable proof includes a physical card or record, digital card or record, or a photograph of a card or record. Attendees will also be required to sign a waiver stating that they are not currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or are aware of a recent exposure.
To best facilitate as safe an experience as possible, we encourage attendees to administer an at-home antigen test within 24-hours of attending the Forum events. We also ask that each individual please monitor their personal health and request that anyone who is experiencing or exhibiting COVID-19 related symptoms and/or has been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19 within five days leading up to the Forum not attend our in-person events. Access CDC-listed COVID-19 symptoms here.
Masking is optional per Washington, D.C.’s current indoor guidelines, but is encouraged when not actively eating or drinking.
The Forum organizers will continue to closely monitor conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the events and reserve the right to modify the Forum’s COVID-19 related procedures and health screening protocols at any time. Registrants will be informed of any such changes on an ongoing basis.
